التوصيل
- التوصيل لجميع أنحاء العراق بما فيها أربيل وبغداد والسليمانية ودهوك والبصرة وباقي المحافظات.
- مدة التوصيل: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل من تأكيد الطلب.
- الدفع عند الاستلام: تدفعين نقداً للمندوب بعد ما تستلمين طلبج.
- سعر التوصيل: يظهر بالدينار العراقي عند إتمام الطلب حسب المحافظة.
- نتواصل وياج عبر الهاتف أو واتساب لتأكيد الطلب والعنوان قبل الشحن.
الإرجاع والاستبدال
- نقبل الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.
- لازم تكون القطعة غير مستعملة، بحالتها الأصلية، ويا العلبة وكل محتوياتها.
- للنظافة، العطور والمكياج ومنتجات العناية المفتوحة أو المستعملة ما تنرجع.
- إذا وصلتج قطعة متضررة أو غلط، راسلينا بنفس اليوم ويا صورة ونبدلها لج.
- لطلب الإرجاع راسلينا على واتساب 0751 759 2933 ويا رقم الطلب.
Delivery
- Delivery across all of Iraq, including Erbil, Baghdad, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok and Basra.
- Delivery time: 1–3 working days from order confirmation.
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
- Delivery fee: shown in IQD at checkout, based on your governorate.
- We confirm every order and address by phone or WhatsApp before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with the box and all contents.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes, makeup and skincare cannot be returned.
- If an item arrives damaged or wrong, message us the same day with a photo and we will replace it.
